Services

Giganephew provides in-home technology support services to residential clients. Services are performed by appointment. By booking a visit, you agree to these terms.

Scheduling and cancellation

Please provide at least 24 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule a visit. Late cancellations or no-shows may be subject to a $35 cancellation fee.

Payment

Payment is due at the time of service. We accept cash, check, Venmo, Zelle, and major credit cards. Prices are listed on our pricing page and confirmed at booking.

Scope of work

We will make reasonable efforts to resolve the issue described at booking. If additional issues are discovered during the visit, we will discuss options with you before proceeding. We do not perform hardware repairs.

Data and privacy

We treat your personal data and device contents with strict confidentiality. See our Privacy Policy for full details.

Limitation of liability

Giganephew is not responsible for data loss, hardware failure, or pre-existing conditions discovered during a visit. We strongly recommend backing up your data before any service visit. Our liability is limited to the cost of the service performed.

Satisfaction

If you are not satisfied with the outcome of a visit, contact us within 48 hours and we will work to make it right, including a return visit at no additional charge for the same issue where applicable.
